THERAPY
I believe therapy is important because it allows for each of us to become not only better humans, but to become more fully ourselves. I have done and continue to do my own therapeutic work because I believe it’s what helps us continue to learn and find our authenticity.
Therapy is not easy. It can be some of the most challenging work you do, but my hope is that you will find healing and the deeper parts of your self in the process.
A lot of work can be done in our sessions, but sometimes the majority of work is done between our sessions. Together we will find what therapy looks like for you and we’ll journey together.
Making sure people feel seen, heard and safe is one of my primary goals as a therapist. This work is important for all clients and also how I have built important and strong relationships with the LGBTQIA+ and BiPOC communities and clients.
See below for me information on me as a therapist and if we may be a good fit to work together.

Relationships
I love woking with all tyes of relationships. I consider any individual human as part of a relationship. You may be in an intimate relationship of 1 month or 50 years. I also see relationships in view of how we relate with friends, family and to our selves.

Individuals
I enjoy working with individuals. Primarily I work with those in the developmental teenage years toward end of life stage. We all have our “stuff” and my goal is to help each person identify it and adjust as needed to learn and heal from it.
